What is the policy with DWI? If it was over 5years ago and have no tickets since..would that be long enough?
Why would one pull their DMV record if they don't know what the Novaquest parameters are on the driving record (how far do they go back to check your record)? No need to pull your report until you find this out. I'm sure most people know what is on their record by the way an insurance company can tell you that.
Do you think pulling your report is somehow going to unearth old information that would have otherwise stayed buried?
Quintiles does the background checks and are very thorough. They will check 5 years on your driving record. If you have 2 speeding tickets in the last 2 years or you have had 2 taffic accidents in the last 3 years you will not be hired. You might get an offer but it will be contingent on the background checks being clean.
To everyone on this question. Got clarity today from a DM I interviewed with in which I submitted my paperwork to. Novaquest goes back 36 months on the Driving Record ----- end of story. Good luck to all!!!!
Did you interview for one of the Abbott positions? If so, have you interviewed with one of the Abbott DM's yet?
Yes, interviewed with the abbott DM and the Background Check is done by Novaquest since you are employed by them for the 1 year contract before the rollover takes place to Abbott. Oh, potential rollover. Almost a definite it will happen they have 3 new products launching this year.

Pretty sure Quintiles go back this far, since these are some of the screening questions: Have you had one or more citations while using or under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs in the last 36 months? Have you had two or more citations while using or under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs in the last 60 months? Have you had more than 2 moving violations (i.e. speeding, failure to yield, running a stop sign/light, etc.) in the last 24 months even if points were not received? Have you had more than 3 moving violations (i.e. speeding, failure to yield, running a stop sign/light, etc.) in the last 36 months even if points were not received?
What about a credit check? I'm with Abbvie metabolic and I am declaring bankrupcy and am loosing my home due to forclosure.
you are in it, yet you still can't spell 'bankruptcy'?? Where is the house? I might take a nice investment property for a nice fire-sale price!
Was told credit history / your credit score is not an issue of employment. It's your driving/ criminal check
