Just had an offer rescinded due to 2 cell phone violations which occurred last year. In my state they do not affect insurance and they are not considered moving violations. Has anyone else heard about getting offer rescinded for just this? Any way around it?
Yes, moving violations will cause offers to be rescinded. DWI/DUI are automatic killers and many companies fire the rep immediately because they do not want to risk the liability.
