I have just received an offer letter but have a recent reckless operation charge on my DL. Do you know if they would still consider me?

Only if license was suspended or had DUI. Reckless driving can be given for speeding . As long as you don't have e like 13 pts on your record..I wouldn't worry.

What are the issues?

 

There are no issues. This is honestly the happiest I have been in 25 years in the industry. Great products and a great company.
