DSP2 reps to be cut?

SERIO -2017 was announced in cryptic manner in last 5 minutes of Town Hall via teleconference. Rumors had been circulating for several weeks prior. About one week later SERIO was confirmed by email to managers with elgible employees. Details were gradually rolled out to those elgible over next few months. "They" appeared to be figuring it out as they went. HR was left out of the loop. Administration of SERIO was contracted to third party vendor. If it happens for you, ask lots of questions. I remember going to first F2F meeting on site where we were expecting to hear details about SERIO from experts. These experts knew nothing about SERIO, and only found out about the meeting themselves late the previous evening. Typical. Instead they told us general info about retirement and what questions we should be gathering. So it was not a total loss.

 

Whew! What a relief to be reassured that Sanofi no longer lies to its employees. I promise to never refer to them as total assbags ever again. Until they prove this poster’s statement wrong. Again.
