    Isn’t that what everyone does? If you have coverage no need to work. If you don’t have coverage you could work 80 hours a week and not get results. Only reason anyone stays is great coverage so they don’t have to work but these idiots think they are great no coverage so only work 2 half days a week and spouse has a great job and the smart ones that work this job 8 hours week and have a real job where they put their effort. It all starts at the top. How many DMs work more than Tuesday and Wednesday?

    if you work here you know what really is going on. Sales down for past 8 quarters.actually Osphena sales have been declining for 3 years Generic Diclegis early next year. Layoffs layoffs layoffs

    Why are the positions being posted? Are they going to hire?

    Positions are always posted when someone leaves, even if sales are down and a layoff is impending. If you are interviewing make sure to ask a lot of questions about Diclegis going generic and how the company expects to recover from that.

    Glad I left a year ago.

    The positions are being posted because they still need warm bodies for a few months to attempt (and fail) to launch Bonjesta. Crazy Dean thinks he is going to do something no pharma company has ever done. He thinks he is going to keep sales of Bonjesta high when generic launches next year. Totally dilusional. Do you ever speak with him for more than 5 minutes? If you did you would realize he is nuts on top of that Eric still doesn’t understand the US market.

    With the new commission structure do you think we'll get paid more likely? I can't support my family without these bonuses. So tired of coming in at 95 and getting nothing.

    Hahahaha, bahahahaha, hahahaha. Yeah, no. Let’s be honest and look at the whole picture. We have 4 dicks at the top making decisicions every 5 minutes for the sales force based off of Deans current sex life. Less than 10 people bonused this last quarter out of 150. They are putting good reps on pips so they can exhaust their territories meanwhile ruining their careers. We aren’t making money, and we are being micromanaged by bullies. If Mr. Duchesnay knew this shit show was all because of the idiots at the top, I’m sure his company wouldn’t be going down the crapper. Reps are leaving left and right because the writing is on the way. What goes up must come down, and we are going down.

    Do your due diligence and you won't have to ask!! Canadian company that does not understand US market, manged care , rebates, contracting etc. #1 product went generic in Canada last year and shortly goes generic in US. We are currently attempting to launch a once a day of our 40 year old b vitamin/antihistamine( same ingredients in Unisom) . Diclegis and our other product Oshena have 8 quarters of declining sales. US head , Dean is a psycho( tries to sleep with inside sales then promotes them into the field) and the 3 stooges below him are just go along suck ups. We have a new initiative every other week and none are well thought out. Pay plan changes every month. If you are in Texas, N or S Carolina, Florida, Oklahoma, Colorado etc and have Diclegis coverage you can sit home and get same results as working 40 hours a week and you will make some bonus , conversely if no coverage or step edits you can sit home or work 40 hours a week and get same results=no bonus. The DMs are real pharma rejects that keep their jobs by kissing ass. Only about 10% of reps make bonus under our current bonus plan. On the up side car allowance is good and we only have 2 meetings a year.

    Why would they attempt to back fill positions when everyone knows a big layoff is coming? Company is the worst manged organization ever ,run by idiots. RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
