Can anyone tell me about the compensation structure for the fluid warming sales position at Ecolab. Base? Potential commission? Thanks
All Territories are saturated, Comp is capped and they dont pay for anything. No Cell Phone, No internet, nothing. It is a good place to to start if you have no other option to get into Med Sales
Ecolab is a fantastic company to work for. They do give you a allowance for cell phones and may sale assocates get company cars. Bill Gates recently ('12) bought 11% of this company, showing its a solid performer. They recently have expanded thier buisness into clean water and energy buying great companies like Nelco and Champion. I do know first hand they do pay well and the oppertunities are endless. GO FOR IT!
Low stress. Minimal hours. Sub par pay. Everything is going min.invasive so those fluid warmers are useless. Except for open cases. Heard they merged the surgical drapes division. Have fun selling c arm drapes
Money is decent. Average rep does about $110. Top reps are earning $130-$150. Mangement is fantastic and probably the best part of the division. Can be a challenging environment to sell in but, they have some very good innovation in their pipeline.
