Anyone know him or additional details of the suit?

It seems there's a lawsuit involving Millennium every week.

I worked with him at Purdue. He was always an ethical and solid sales professional. Absolutely the wrong guy for Slattery and his circle of gangsters to solicit for the purposes of illegally enriching the company. I worked with Avee, which was structured identically to Millennium. Having Alere acquire us was the best thing that could have ever happened to my career and this spinning out of control industry. It feels good to be with a solid and pricipled organization again. Details of the suit are of public record. Do your research and draw your own conclusion. However, for my money, the only thing that got Zicari in the doghouse with Slattery were his ethics and principles. Now that the Feds are involved the truth will be uncovered and I'm guessing there will be some strategic and tactical changes in the way Millennium operates. It should be a good thing for their reps...

Alere principled? Avee was as bad as this group and the govt knows it. Alere knew it when they made the deal. Ed Z was used and thrown away. If he was so smart and ethical, he should have seen it coming. This industry is due for more changes and fines.
