Yeah..That's what Egalet kept telling it's employees -until the stock hit zero! Aerie will suffer a similar fate because -just like Egalet- your drugs are derivative, irrelevant, and expensive, and there is nothing in the pipeline! Face it, losers, you're all truly decaying organisms..

Read the ISTA board if you want a glimpse into the future. Its the last ophthalmic company these clowns started and ran into the ground (while they collected their millions)

You would think they would have learned that you can't cut shady deals with "consultants" and have wine tastings at your house with doctors. Read up on the litigation that company dealt with.

The ISTA folks who stayed on till the bitter end got shafted. No severance, no WARN.

Not true. Was At ISTA through the end.
When B+L bought ISTA losses occurred on both sides, but ONLY ISTA had a severance package. Dating back years ago, when clinical studies failed initially for QD .18% Xibrom, the stock price fell below $1 and that is when they started “The Cowan Process”. This newly instituted policy helped ISTA, yet B+L people got nothing.

Where I do agree with you, is this is just another reiteration. This company will not be here for the long term, and its assets will be sold to a greater ophthalmic company. The stock grants alone (to middle/upper management)are the biggest indicator of what’s coming.

If B&L offered a position, the ISTA rep wasn't eligible for severance, and their stock options didnt vest.

Naturally, lots of reps were offered jobs that were then eliminated. Losses on both sides, bigger golden parachutes for the big wigs.

The best indicator of future behavior is past behavior.

You’re decaying too. A little bit every day. And when you die, the bacteria in your gut will start eating you from the inside out. Enjoy!

Why do you care so much about what happens to the reps here?

Why such a big and sharp axe to grind?

Sounds like you got “personal issues” with Aerie.

Whatsa matter? You da best pharma employee on da planet bestowed upon the industry by god himself?

And you didn’t make it through the interview process?

    So sorry for ya!

Whoever you are, it’s pretty sad that you spend so much time trash talking Aerie and wishing unemployment upon the reps. Why? They deserve it because they work for Aerie and you say so?

Go on the google forum somewhere and tell all the employees at google they suck and google sucks for trashing everyone’s privacy and getting fined in Europe for anti-competitive marketing practices.

Go build a ship in a bottle. It’ll be better time spent for you and good therapy for your obsessive thoughts and anger issues.

thats right. That’s all you can say loser who spends so much time here talking negative about a company you don’t even work for.

Yeah, that wasn't me, or maybe it was me; actually there is no way for you to know who "me" is considering all the posts are anonymous..How do you know I don't work for Aerie, or did work for Aerie, and left because of how insanely inept the management is; how corrupt the culture is, and what entitled little doucebags all the reps are?..I could be a doctor that you little twerps call on, and I like to amuse myself while taking a shit, and comment on your little Cafepharma page, and laugh at how apoplectic you become when I insult your silly little company, and remind you all how insignificant you are?..I could literally be anyone; in any state, or any country working in any capacity for any company -including Aerie, and you wouldn't know, so why do you even bother arguing with me? There is no reason to for you to; you literally have nothing to gain..Unless you know I speak the truth, and you're trying to convince yourself otherwise because you are scared to death of the reality that at any moment- you could lose your jobs, and your $115k salary (and chances are -sooner or later, you will), and your dumb asses will never find a company that will pay your irrelevant asses this much money ever again..

Okay big mouth: you’re the one trash talking Aerie and the reps here.

You don’t seem to have anything to gain by trashing the company & its employees.

Are you trying to get somebody so pissed off that they reveal themselves?

No “dumbass” here is going to do that.

Not make $115k at next job?

Pfft, people have already left and I’m sure they’re doing just fine.

Go call them up and ask them. You must know them if you work here.

Your rants, speculations and diatribes are a complete pathetic waste of your time.

I’m just trying to be a Good Samaritan and offer you some armchair therapy.

Build that ship in a bottle. Place yourself on the ship and then sink it.

    We love ya here.

    Don’t ever change!

Just let New product speak for itself.........docs will drop it as quick as they dropped Rhopressa! Side effect profile is hilarious!

It cracks me up to talk to other reps who are drunk on the Roc kool aid...they’re totally bought in and selling their docs with passion and excitement! Meanwhile they have no clue their reputation and credibility is on the line...after its a disaster too none of their docs will ever listen to them again. I’m out of here ASAP!
