If you work for eisai you know that this company is a HUGE mess. There are a few people that collect fat paychecks on the epilepsy side that rarely leave their homes and those who work the hardest are struggling to get by. Paul's days are limited. He is a miserable excuse for a leader. Whose bright idea was it to hire a group of over paid "reps" to work hospitals, but not actually have them call on the high volume doctors? It's quite funny to see that the Neuro 90 (45) shows little increase since another botched launch at Eisai. Kick Paulie boy, buddy the elf,and the energy drink roid rager to the curb. Hire leadership who cares about patients and their sales reps. Life is too short to work for a company that shows no value or respect in its employees. Leadership as it currently stands would be an HR nightmare and most likely be fired for sexual harassment, intimidation, age discrimination, and the list goes on at any other respectable company. Be warned,do not trust Paul. Soon, most of you reading this will be downsized and they will hire in someone else promising blockbuster sales. Haha, what a joke.

when the senior leadership has been changed out 4 times in 4 years you have to begin to wonder if it's the product rather than the people who sell it. I'm sure you see that's pretty evident with the sales reports since the April layoff.

And, let's not even started on the Oncology side. Same BS. Terrible company. Get out quick!

Does anyone like working for Eisai? I heard the national web ex sign up was a bust! Paul wanted 750 doctors and 55 were signed up. Webex do not sell product. Is Eisai donating to hurricane relief efforts? (They should) Clean up hhc efforts for PH and AB.

Paul only knows big Pharma, large market tactics. Sanofi's version at that.

He knows Dick about specialty and how to have an impact.

Good for him that he keeps failing up.
