Kits shipped yeah yeah.. The money is in analysis of what is billed and that is based on patient compliance.. That is how the company makes its money.. Sales will never fully get the % of compensation on the "life of a cologuard" if it makes it from start to finish.. sales is only involved in kits shipped not processed and then customer service back ends the operation by following up on compliance to get kits in.. They get $$ too. MDRs hanging out to swoop in after grunt work is done.. Cheaper business model.. Makes sense.. What would be the point of both layers? Good theory
You answered your question. No Orders Left behind for MDR's = No Jobs in 1 -2 years for Field Reps. Observe the role of an MDR and how involved Management wants them to be.
