How stupid does Lundbeck think their employees are? After last years "anonymous" beat down all they will do is lie about this one. Why answer it when you know they are not truthful? Lundbeck is a shell of the company that started out over 4 years ago and employees are not satisfied not matter what the management says the survey showed. The salaries here are low, the management lacks talent, the marketing teams are rejects etc etc. I can't wait to hear the results - NOT!!!!

They think we ARE pretty damn stupid, and anyone that's not looking IS pretty damn stupid! The only drug in our "pipeline" will never make it, at least that's the word on the street. So what do we have left? The most incompetent management group in the history of pharma! A sales force that is so damn demotivated with outrageous sales quotas, fake/useless data, that they could give a shit about anything. Managers that border on insane (not to mention totally useless!). Micromanaging that would rival ANY major pharmaceutical company. No marketing support except for childlike "patient profiles". No pipeline. Yada, yada, yada.

I think we have all hit the wall.

It's variable, but in general, pay here is crazy low.

Well, it's plain to see what you NEED! A meeting where you can role play our wonderful patient profiles! That will motivate you! Or maybe another initiative that has been reworked from the last 6 times we did it, but have renamed it!! Can't go much longer the way it is.

Part of the problem - especially on the trintellix side- is that we have partnered with takeda.... primary care at best which is bleeding into lundbeck's culture and has been since launch. That's why we have useless patient profiles, micromanagement etc bc takeda runs the show from marketing to Field activities, you name it.

Hilarious! It is amazing watching them repackage things over and over expecting different results. It just shows the amount of desperation that exists in the company. Think about it, all they have are renamed people in the patient profiles! Do they really think the psychs don't know where to use these drugs, and what kind of patients to use them in? No, you are right, it really can't go on much longer this way. Our never seen CEO will one day pull the trigger.

Maybe we would take the survey if they actually did something with the results. It came back terrible for IC last year with the matrix and did they do anything.... oh that's right glover explained what the matrix was at the meeting..... thanks 1 1/2 years later.....no change so why take the survey

Its so sad when your RBD sends an email out that was sent to them by Glover "encouraging/threatening" them with rewards points to get their people to complete the surveys, and citing that there are areas that haven't completed the survey and without participation their results will be in impacted. Talk about death by metrics!

morale is at an all time low and we are being forced to complete an anonymous survey. Wow, just wow!!!

What happened to our culture? Zero transparency and trust. Very sad.

Polish up your resumes y'all- better opportunities are out there

How difficult is it to take a 10 minutes survey? Just do the thing!

Geez, no one here said the survey was difficult... Get a clue.

You must be an ASM. Lol

Just think about it. You are right, all they can do is repackage and rename the same things because they have nothing else. I mean how many times have we role played the stupid patient profiles for God's sake??? They have no clue how to have a selling conversation with an MD! My manager wants you to play 50 questions on EACH call over and over and over again, with the same docs!! Then, they insist on forcing you to use the same worn out, beat to death vis aid on every call, when a sane conversation with the doc would make more sense! Yes, they are desperate and scared.

In re the survey, nobody wants to do it, yet alone be honest because they can identify you anytime they want! What has happened to this company? Yes, it's time to go elsewhere, and fast.

We have little of value to sell. Neuro products first launched decades ago and psych products no different in efficacy than Prozac and Abilify.

Lundbeck hasn't done much since the early 2000's. Hence the emphasis on "amazing profiles."

Again I agree with the above poster why take a survey if NOTHING is done to correct

the loudest noise you can make is "silence". B*tching and moaning on a survey shows that we still care what happens here. A low response rate shows a lack of interest in what they do. They will be more nervous not hearing anything than us complaining about salaries and benefits.
