QOL = ok, potential income is $200+, good product & good call point

Interviewing for this position. Which regions produced the most last year? Best reps were located where? What are my chances of making president’s club in my first year?

It’s certainly not what it used to be. The Physio merger added a boatload of reps, there’s so many people selling the same stuff. Reps have gone from covering multiple states, down to some just having a few counties.

Years ago it was awesome, now, not anywhere close. Too many cuts to territories, comp, with zero regard for people’s livelihood. 100% commission too, remember that.

What territory are you looking at?

Why the hate? First year and made over $300k and Pclub. It can be done.

No hate at all. Just stating the facts. Give it time, your territory will get chopped in time as well. It sucks, used to be a fun job.

So what can one expect to make after their territory is chopped?

Is $200k still a realistic every year thing? Looking at Wisconsin territory

Depends on your expectation of every year. You will most likely not survive the quota hikes and territory cuts for more than a year or two. Brutal company for sales people unless you love to work, work, work. Hence the reason women struggle so much especially if they have a family. Quota comes before anything else.

How can they cut a territory and quota hike? Are they trying to weed out weaker reps with such a process?

That’s how Stryker grows. Add more reps with zero salary, only pay commission. Keep pumping out units.

EMS division certainly isn’t what it used to be.

what can one expect to make with all these cuts?

    It depends on the territory.

Money is still good but not what it was. A lot of reps stay because they feel that nothing is better than Stryker.
