I'm interviewing for an Endoscopy position on the east coast. I've heard mixed things about this division and am looking for some honest feedback. How is the company? Pay? Growth opportunity? Competition? Advancement opportunities? Etc. Any help is appreciated.
Not a great company, not great salary, gets eaten alive by competition across the US especially now that Microtech has come in as a new low cost provider. Nothing they make is clinically relevant either.

Sales team is in place from years of brown nosing, old DOS sent to another division-rumor is he was tagging another rep/manager.....one his replacements? J, got there by brown nosing. Couldn't sell an ice scrapper in Alaska. Place is dying. RUN
