    I’m thinking even though this should have been done a LONG time ago, most of us still have a heart and didn’t want to pile on. Now they need to get rid of Usen, Clark, Nils, Starr, Tanner and anyone else not bringing ANY value to the organization. At least 1/2 of RVP’s for sure!!

Create a dynamic team with Ryan Freedman. If it wasn't for Sean and his leadership energy would not be here it is today .     Manisha, are you CRAZY?? I wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy! Do yourself a favor and fire Kevin, Tanner and at least 2-3 RVP’s to start with. They bring 0 to the table and actually do more harm than good. I promise you, you’re going to lose some really good people, me included, if you don’t show that you care about us reps. We always bare the brunt of management F...ups when it should be middle mgt that does ABSOLUTELY nothing to help grow sales!!!

    OK sales team, NOW is the time to let Manisha hear loud and clear how little AVP’s and RVP’s help! Tanner and Kevin have a $185,000 salary + and they’re cutting our pay!! RVP’s probably $175,000, are you kidding me??? Has any one of them done ANYTHING positive to help grow sales? HELL NO!!! Is sending out emails, not responding timely to our calls, etc worth ANYTHING? At most they should have 6 middle managers and NO WAY should they make more than the people who are humping it out getting our asses kicked all day!!! Please let Manisha hear from you NOW!!!

    Are you kidding me! God bless her but Manisha isn’t going to do anything to grow sales. Has she ever even carried a bag? Until we put someone like Teddy, Frazier, maybe even Josh, energy will continue to decline. We need someone who really understands what we’re up against and I believe we’re too late. We’ve lost WAY too many good people and will never be successful hiring the reps we currently are. You get what you pay for!
