I called on Truitt and Atkins today. They haven't done any cases in months. I guess their hottie chick reps haven't been in for their weekly blow job or ass rape.

Wow, why didn't these stupid surgeons think of this? You're right, every opening in the body is just about the same. They should use balloons for everything...don't worry about leaving the diseased tissue in there, just push it to the side.

No such thing as "diseased" tissue in the sinuses dumb ass

It's hilarious to see Farley, Surek, and Ressman get sued. Who's next for the falsified claims they have their thug sales force make on a daily basis?

Their hottie chick reps are just that -- HOT. Too bad it takes more than sex to sell in this arena. Their thug reps know as much about the sinus anatomy and ENT environment as a retard at UPenn.

I wouldn't worry about anything J&J does with Acclarent. Their deep pockets don't matter - they ruin everything they buy

You are so right my friend. When JNJ buys a company you can bet on two things to happen. First reps will not make what they made before the company was bought by JNJ. Two, you will never see new products at least anytime soon. They move like old people fuck. If you are a smart rep and JNJ buys you, you get the fuck out of dodge however people think they hit the lottery because its JNJ. No so fast my friends.

Here's a good way to tell if Entellus is a lasting product/technology or a "one time try and good-bye":

Any business in Philadelphia? No (The rep is a bozo basketball thug)
(His Director is a Bozo Basketball Moron)
Any business in Mass Eye & Ear? No (The rep is a gay cheerleader who loves the Doctors Show)
Any business in New York? Yes, because T. Resseman bought it all.
Any business in Chicago? No, and Stanckewicz the EM Medical Director won't touch the product
Any business at Johns Hopkins? No, the rep who brought it in, got it jammed in his nose during a demo.
Any business in California? No, the rep is playing voleyball on the beach, getting in his 'Joey time'
Any business in Florida? Yes, course only crooks, thieves, and incompetents do business in Florida.
Any business in Minnesota? Yes, hottie chick rep smokes crack, then ass fucks her docs.
Any business in Texas? Yes, Dr. Atkins likes to RIM his hottie rep.
Any business in rest of USA? No, Acclarent will be taking most of those revenues because of Entellus' infringement on the sinuplasty patent.

When Acclarent started and before they were bought by JnJ it was $250K+ now they are producing glorifed drug reps, cutting territories and reps are making about $150K

Entellus in the doctors office will dominate acclarent (doctors are complaining that their device is too much money and have to attend this stupid training with some "bought" doctor) Good time to join.

PP's statement that Acclarent is now a 150K is wrong. Money is still better there, still better than Entellus. Not saying JnJ won't fuck them on comp eventually, but that day is not today.

Have you gotten your quota for the back half of the year yet? Nope none us have and it will end up a lot less than it used to be. Still better than Entellus but not by much and not for long.

Agreed J&J is where average reps go to die, you didn't hit the lottery you were just put on life support. Bounce after the buyout or you'll be miserable. If you want to jump from division to division and not work and make about $150K for the rest of your life then this is the place for you. But if you have any drive and andy dignity you can't get out of this place fast enough.

Is this company even around anymore? I heard they lost the lawsuit and had to pay JNJ money, and now I'm seeing Acclarent commercials/billboards all over the place. I've even heard a couple advertisements for it through hospitals when I call and am going through the switchboard.
I was approached about interviewing with this company about a year ago when they really started to push the product. But, something didn't quite feel right about it. I can't say I'm glad I didn't interview because I never even gave them a chance, however, I've never heard any talk about them in the field and I hear about Acclarent all the time. So, I'm thinking I didn't miss much.

Ohhh you sad Acclarent rep, you shouldn't you be crying in your beer from all the in office business you've lost to Entellus? Lawsuit? Yeah, not really stopping Entellus. How many packages do you need for one balloon? how much money is your product? Do you still have that stupid training? Thanks for laying the ground work but we've got it from here Acclarent. You keep working the J&J model and we'll keep taking your business and make more money than you while we're doing it.
Hearing advertisements??? Because J&J paid for them you tool. Hospital switchboard? thanks for that information, we can talk to our doctors about Stark law and have that shut down nation wide. And a "balloon is a balloon" patients don't know the difference and most doctors don't care which one they use, so your company is actually advertising for us-thanks Acclarent, thank you all the way to the bank-suckers!

HAHAHAHA. Oh, man, that was a good one. Here's another glass of Kool Aide-- glug, glug.
Soooo, how are those office based cases going there, big time? Gettin a lot of movement there? Don't think so. Waittttt, aren't you having to pay us now every time you do a case? Yeah, think a little settlement happened because your board knew we were going to win the case and decided to not let it go that far.
Of course we paid for the advertisements, moron. Do you think radio/print/billboard ads are free? Oh, wait, that's because we can afford them. How bout you? Guess the Panera you are bringing into the docs' offices are pretty much your budget. And, oh, thanks for doing that-- my docs love it when you cater to them hoping to grab a max case from them. Because you know they won't touch your ice-pick for a frontal.
You're small time and insignificant to us. Your hopes of getting bought out are dying on the line, and I'm thinking you've got another year at most of VC funding before it dries up. Best case is you get some more $$ but have to shrink the sales force. But, don't worry, most of you could always go back to Pharma.
