"7 to 11 years to complete the transition, because theses things are big and complicated." Really? Really? If we were a pearl we'd be gobbled up and digested in a year. What an excuse for having no plan. What does the board see the this guy and his cronies?

And the fine print... Carve out $100 mm or so. Service isn't the point at all!!! In fact, service continues to get worse. So what's the master plan? Traunches of layoffs, a near-shore service center to get out of Nassau Park and fix the disaster deal with Accenture, which btw, has never saved us money, and the master stroke - fix the employee on-boarding process. Huh? Yea, of all the processes that are broke, that's the one to fix!?! Who the f--k is making theses decisions??

Stop whining. ES has a tough job. They've got to slash costs by at least $100 mm, maybe more and they've got sell it - layoffs, outsourcing, shutdowns - as if they're making things better.

Does anyone think the ES has improved anything? I'd love to hear some examples.

Jack P, Kathy N, ... the list goes on ... what a clueless bunch of dinosaurs; when they get kicked out, they wouldn't land a job at Disney ... ;-)

With the layoff coming in August, who is on the chopping block?
