Where are most people starting? $150k-170?? Trying to figure out where you guys are at??? What is the bonus, $40k?? Sounds like a great job but want to make sure it is worth it.

Even if it was $200,000 base salary it’s not worth it to work for Takeda. The only people who like this company are people who were let go from other big pharma companies and got jobs here. This company pays senior leadership only. If you are 22 and just getting into the industry, Takeda is the spot for you. If you have any type of success or years in the industry don’t come here. Unless you want to be treated like the 22 year old in their first job.
It is illegal to prohibit employees from discussing pay or other aspects of employment - the federal law has been on the books since 1935.
