    Has anyone or is anyone currently working for Essilor or any of its Partner Labs as a Sales consultant? Please tell me how it is, such as culture and what the pay is like the 1st year, 2nd year and so on?

    I worked for a competitor lab... heard lots of stories about ELOA most not good. Lab sales very unprofessional IMHO but ELOA is by far the leader so may not be a bad gig. Money really depends on territory and quality of lab

    What info are you looking for? I'm not going to spill all the stupid gossip stories I have ever heard. It's not nearly as bad as pharma. It's a nice change. It's real sales.

    Can I get some insight on the Brand sales consultant position? How is the culture?, Compensation and is it really 30-40% traveling?

    great products, but the company structure is a bit messed up with ELOA reps and partner lab reps competing for business and trying to take each others business and the brand reps that support both side are always in the middle. Great products but messed up company.

    What is the comp like for the (Pech) Sales consultant role? I'm making 90k base and 30k bonus at goal. Is this a step back in pay?
