Interviews have been pushed back to Dec 11, hire date Dec 31....24 key account reps nationally, must have 7 years or more Pharma experience, with at least 2 years Oncology/rare disease.....anyone who says otherwise is not accurate.

Low pay for a Rare Disease launch to Oncology. No chance of any direct hire - just contract work. Sounds like it might not be a good deal. Not worth quitting a job for....

Has anyone received a job offer???
If they want people to start in two weeks; we need to give notice.
What is the length of the contract? No info on that from hiring manager.

That was definitely not a professional job interview for an Oncology/Rare Disease Pharmaceutical opportunity. That was a total cluster!

They likely were taking all of the displaced Lilly Onc contract reps wherever they could. Waste of time for everyone else, they should’ve done those interviews first and saved everyone else the hassle and saved themselves the expense

Has anyone received a call back from their recruiter??? Any jobs offers at all?
They gave no consideration to anyone!
    That was NOT an interview!

Offers went out already. That's all I know. I had the second interview but did not get an offer.
Likely former Syneos people got the positions where they could

That's what I expected - offers went out - people hired under the table.

I made a few calls and I heard that verbal offers went out BEFORE the face to face interviews were held.

I believe you. The whole interview process raised real questions in my mind about what was really going on.
The client should have had some of their own people at the interviews. They would have seen that they are not getting what they are paying for...
