Certainly will be an interesting year to watch Radius. How will the brand team change the marketing strategy. What will happen to the stock. When will Jasper and. PePe leave. How many more CSS's will leave. Many people has said this but this is a disaster of a company, no vision , constant changes, bad communication, no loyalty from employees . Things they are trying to do now way to late. I believe we do not know half of the truth around bonus and PMOT's. Data being with held or not shared. Who is going to stay and who is making plans for an exit.

Amgen Inc on Monday set the U.S. list price for its new Evenity osteoporosis drug at $1,825 a month, or $21,900 for a full 12-month course of injections

Actually I have had a couple of accounts mention already. Amgen has started unofficial marketing about 6-9 months ago by increasing their sales force. So, do no think this is going to be a failure. Data spun right, less out of pocket for patients along with support for office staff makes it an easy choice for prescribing individuals. Place that on top of they can offer that to patient in office, not daily and the office can bill for that service, which is not a lot of money but turns the lights on.

    So we should care...

It will be only for the brave.... brave prescribers, patients, and insurance companies

When patients don’t care or refuse therapy, nothing will be prescribed. The osteoporosis market is a dud. For all companies. Takes decades to sell anything. Companies will always project higher than what is reasonable business for this market so you will always be chasing your tail. Just get out.

im not worried about Amgen. Our sales force is very experienced and some of the best reps I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. And at the end of the day it doesn’t matter how we do against a competitor what matters is Your sales ranking against your peers

50% turn over in 2 years, people are not drawn to work at Radius who have had any success in previous jobs. Every recruiter knows this is just a job for someone. Lastly, comparing yourself with other's is the wrong measure for anyone, pose the question are you doing what you can to be successful. Also find a mentor who will help you with this, however in this case not with the Radius senior management ranks.

All that being said if the company runs out of money..and they will it, does not matter what your sales ranking is you will be with out a job. Amgen is a power company and they have and will continue to dominate the market.

Rankings..now that is a laugh. Not really based on actually numbers but sort of throw together to benefit a few. Always an excuse why they can not duplicate actually PMOT's sent. Look at the individuals who were in the circle of excellence, low volume regions, individuals who actually made the company money were not rewarded. Oh and the stock rewards..vested after 3 years, think the company is going to be here then. Who actually works here now, individuals who can not get a job any other place and those who do to work.
