this is a federal case so they will be excluded from medicare. you can't survive as a lab if you can bill medicare. they might be able to pay a fine and agree to new ownership. my guess

I don't know Christian Fletcher or have a dog in the fight, however if you read the press release he WAS NOT acquitted on ALL COUNTS. There was a mistrial and the AUSA in FL announced a new trail date for February 2023 which was delayed. Again I'm not trying to split hairs, but the claim that he was acquitted is false.
