    Squirm
wriggle or twist the body from side to side, especially as a result of nervousness or discomfort.

Please do not make negative comments when someone has terminated. If he really did something wrong, and he may have, he should be reported. If HR or corporate integrity do not act, hire a lawyer. Don't confuse his arrogance with illegal behavior.

    Hey stupid
look at the dates of all the comments prior to YOUR insightful one. they were ALL made before he was let go. then you have to stick your head up and act like the social conscience which then led to everyone once again piling on. Next time keep your fat self quiet. Instigator.

Once upon a time you dressed so fine
Threw the bums a dime in your prime, didn't you?
People call say 'beware doll, you're bound to fall'
You thought they were all kidding you
    You used to laugh about
    Everybody that was hanging out
Now you don't talk so loud
Now you don't seem so proud
About having to be scrounging your next meal
How does it feel, how does it feel?
    To be without a home
Like a complete unknown, like a rolling stone
Ahh you've gone to the finest schools, alright Miss Lonely
But you know you only used to get juiced in it
Nobody's ever taught you how to live out on the street
And now you're gonna have to get used to it
    You say you never compromise
With the mystery tramp, but now you realize
    He's not selling any alibis
As you stare into the vacuum of his eyes
And say do you want to make a deal?
How does it feel, how does it feel?
To be on your own, with no direction home
A complete unknown, like a rolling stone
Ah you never turned around to see the frowns
On the jugglers and the clowns when they all did tricks for you
You never understood that it ain't no good
You shouldn't let other people get your kicks for you
You used to ride on a chrome horse with your diplomat
Who carried on his shoulder a Siamese cat
Ain't it hard when you discovered that
He really wasn't where it's at
After he took from you everything he could steal
How does it feel, how does it feel?
To have on your own, with no direction home
Like a complete unknown, like a rolling stone
Ahh princess on a steeple and all the pretty people
They're all drinking, thinking that they've got it made
    Exchanging all precious gifts
But you better take your diamond ring, you better pawn it babe
You used to be so amused
At Napoleon in rags and the language that he used
Go to him he calls you, you can't refuse
When you ain't got nothing, you got nothing to lose
You're invisible now, you've got no secrets to conceal
How does it feel, ah how does it feel?
To be on your own, with no direction home
Like a complete unknown, like a rolling stone

The patent to micronize a drug then imbed it in beeswax was stolen from potassium chloride tablets over 30 years ago. This company is about to get hammered.

I have been at Teva for more years than most. He was the only AD I knew.
When I heard that he was gone, while I most definitely did not go celebrating in the streets, I certainly haven’t lost any sleep over it.
I spent years watching (and listening) to him at meetings. I’ve heard (in my own opinion) what were unprofessional things that came out of his mouth. I also watched certain RSDs (and some reps) cozy up to him at meetings and laugh at all his “jokes” and slights towards working colleagues. These same RSDs (and reps) would turn around and talk behind his back. I know because my manager was one of these RSDs.
Before you start pointing the finger about how wrong it is to post negative things on this site, first look yourself in the mirror.
If you witnessed and did nothing, and in some cases took part by laughing with him, then in my opinion you have no business speaking out. Get off your high horse because you are just as culpable, as am I for watching and not saying anything.
As I mentioned earlier, I don’t rejoice in anyone being let go, but I also don’t feel bad. The thing I do feel badly about is that he will land on his feet (as we all will) and he will continue in his (in my opinion) unprofessional ways at another company.

People tried to speak up and they were let go. People were harmed. So, to all those who lacked the fortitude to stand up for those wronged I hope you garner the strength in the new #metoo environment to feel safe enough to do what is right. Teva was a horrible corrupt environment, I hope that now changes. If CC turned a blind eye, I can only wonder “what was he doing/hiding” “what did fish have on him”. My DSM used his employees to wine and dine his family and friends, and, when you wouldn’t go along, he would fabricate your work history to his AD. I hope this all changes and hope more of the corrupt managers are let go.

Furthermore, going to HR (LM) is a death sentence. I know 6 women who did, all of which, lost their jobs. LM is a wrong person for HR, as she does not deserve, and lacks the integrity to be in HR.
