I would not reccomend this company.

 

Can I ask why? Interviewing with the company and know that the bonus structure is low, but is it attainable?

 

Good luck they are hiring allergan reps. The managers are very unprofessional. Bonus? Base is blah.

 

Yup, managers suck here. Not the best of the best. The best are staying at Allergan.

Anyone have solid pay info? Over the phone they didn’t have anything sorted out as far as base and comp plan goes. Didn’t even have a number for car allowance yet. Worth leaving for Evolus?

 

2 positions: Manager base is 110K with 100 comp plan (responsible for large accounts) specialist role is 75K with 40 comp. (responsible for smaller accounts) - no negotiation on base.

 

they have about as much of a clue as AGN does creating realistic goals for normal territories that don’t have top

The specialist comp plan is a joke especially in areas with higher cost of living. Manager role will be hard to covert large accounts from Allergan. Have fun living on the base.

 

buckle up and plan for base only, start ups have NO clue what will happen. IF - this will even get off the ground - ouch, lots of problems already

 

Thought this job would pay more. Was told 75k base too. Making more in current job and don’t think it’s something to take a paycut for. Car allowance is also considerably low at $450.

 

This company won’t be around in a few months. Stay put. They’re running out of money.

 

What will the start date be?

 

Had the most unprofessional interview of my life with the hiring manager. No start date determined yet. Don’t want to work here. I’ll be surprised if they take Botox business from the big players. They have nothing to offer except one product. Time will tell.

What is company’s distinction between Experience Specialist and Experience Manager? I see in job post qualifications the years of experience differ but why have two people doing same thing unless specialist calling on lower tiers? Any insight would be great as I got a call from a recruiter. Thanks.

The company seems to be hiring people that were let go from GALDERMA or Allergan in the past.
