if this is true, then you or whoever he is screaming at, handle your business and don't cry here about it. This is an HR issue and would be handled appropriately if true. If he is truly creating a hostile work environment this is easy

HR is a joke! Look at how long it took to get rid of JS-GI division. He was a horrible manager, created a TOXIC work environment and was a bully to women. HR did nothing. Their job is to find excuses for the terrible manager behavior. Exact was so much better before Stenhouse and gang. Hopefully his time will be over soon
