Vaccine people are safe because they 1/2 of what the other reps make. So you would need to lay off to vaccine reps to equa one pharma reps

If you owned this company would you pay you to do this job? Sit at home and work on side hussle ideas. I would think not.

Hudson is a company wrecker. He's just pulling the trigger on 15-20 years of Executive Board incompetence . The parade of misfits that have been in leadership roles at Sanofi is comical. Sanofi continues the tradition as the worst run company in pharma.

And of course who pays for the mistakes and stupidity of these people?\
    The field force thru layoffs.

That's the problem with Sanofi. Always hoping a partner works more than you do. Reps hiding behind each other. Sanofi on your resume is a shit stain. The good rels left this company years ago. What's left are people who can't be promoted or get jobs with other companies and working in a POD mentality.

The biggest problem is the current CEO could not see through the fact that home office and marketing killed both CV and diabetes. Poor leadership, no flexibility, no outside the box thinking, no innovation. Can you tell me one campaign that was successful other than Lantus. They overpriced Products, had no relationships with manage care , could not come up with a strategy that Actually works, Home office will blame the sales force but they need to be held to a higher degree of accountability.

You mean Apidra and Ketek weren't blockbusters?? Soliqua is killing it? In CV as soon as the blockbusters went generic management couldn't get out of their own way. Plavix and Lovenox paid the bills along with Lantus. Don't forget for years Ambien did 2 billion a year and it was all profit. Ambien paid all administration costs for Sanofi for years . No innovation and weak pipeline and piss poor R&D along with managment gaffes and fuckups was the undoing. Sales took it in the backside every Christmas for 20 years with Sanofi Follies. Sanofi never had a successful launch except Plavix, Lovenox, Lantus. And that was with old Sanofi -Synthelabo, Aventis management. From 2007 on it's been a shit show. Its criminal what's happened to this company.
