So the difference between an executive and non executive is only 3 more years of experience? Is there a difference in pay? Why are there so many openings? Is this a new team or expansion? The recruiter had NO information and kept apologizing when I asked the above questions that she didn't know. Really? Is BI coming out with a new product or co-promoting with someone else that did?

Thanks for asking. The title is important. It’s a flag for the consultant to automatically can you in the next round of layoffs. You should go for it. BI is great!

No fucking raise; no fucking promotions. They have been promising to "promote in line" those who met criteria. Supposed to be retro to Oct 1. They haven't. Want us all to feel grateful for surviving the last cut.

Executive title was created to have a higher salary band only. For those coming in to be paid higher or for those here that need to bumped up on pay. No more job duties etc. some reps are paid less and some are paid more so the exec total just s way to equalize. There are no new drugs at BI unless we buy or partner w another company. Primary care is a place holder until next round of law offs. Here are old dates if you want a feel of things. There will be more layoffs in the future too. There is less need of reps and BI places NO value on reps. The only thing German about us is the name otherwise we act like ALL American companies and do layoffs every couple of years with disposable contract sales force to get overhead costs down. This is the same at Pfizer, JnJ, AZ, etc.

If a manager has been there over 10 years- there’s a reason they couldn’t manage to get a better position elsewhere
Reps even worse any of the leftover people need mri’s
