It's not just Uro. I'm on LinkedIn just like everyone else and it's crazy how many notifications I've received about open territories in different divisions over the last month or so. There is a mass exodus.

Why are people leaving? Able ant attempt at purchase? Just good timing for better optio a? Shitty management? No way to make money? What??

takeover possibility loss of job, very difficult quotas and better opportunity, performance in at least one case..all or combination and throw in manger(s)

not unlike what you see in every other company

now there are special cases that you can directly to a lousy manager

    Horrible Management
    Bad direction
    BS goals
    Compensation is a joke
Better to work the system, not true sales #s

Spot on. Has anyone done the math and divided the quarterly goal increases by $541 to see just how many new patients one needs to stay on pace with product that has a six month cycle?

Thanks for the 3x disincentive, when after the second quarter most of the company couldn't hit the goal anyways. But I'm sure upper management will pull through and somehow hit their number at the end of the year.

Besides the individuals lucky enough to have put together two good quarters, the people with drive are looking for the next opportunity.
