Another high-performing Legacy rep just resigned. Let’s reopen this rep’s HR files and re-investigate the RSMs actions that motivated the resignation. The grand protector is gone, so let’s revisit the HR allegations on this RSM. What say you, Peter and Ilene?

 

Sorry but HR was in bed with the grand protector therefore the RSS was made the villain.

 

We all know that, except for Charlie and Patty. Maybe now after they read this, something will be done about it. We just have to hope and try.

 

At opko we need another HR dept to go after HR which is so unprofessional and corrupt.

The smart legacy reps already left. I am sure the remanding are actively interviewing to leave the titanic. Too much here needs fixing.

You know renal and nephrology, and your new employer is lucky to have you. Too bad that Opko did not appreciate you, your knowledge and your 2-time Presidents Club achievement. In fact, your RSM treated you very poorly and couldn’t wait for the day to get rid of you. She got her wish, like she always does.

 

This RSM should not be an RSM! Phase 2 is coming to get rid of the next layer of incompetence.
