    Q2 bonus payout. Not going to everyone but is better than Q3 plan. We should be hearing about a few resigning once $$$ is in account.

    Read the comp plan. You need to be employed the last day of the pay period (quarter). It is not necessary to be employed the day the check is deposited. Although, I understand your concerns.

    More to come. Voluntary resignations , PIP's etc. just remember new RSS's, you have exactly 6 months from the date you were hired to get off the bottom/middle if not a PIP is in your future. Not enough time to get yourself established, unrealistic for many territories.

    Seattle. Six months for Christine, but only 3 months for Trevor, the former Portland rep. These 2 were seriously jerked around by Opko, bait and switch. Shameless.

    I thought Christine replaced Trevor. Less than 6 mos. How many reps have there been in that Territory? This company is headed downhill fast. Can’t allow enough time to develop territories.

    I couldn’t agree more. These West coast reps were seriously mistreated by Opko, never gave them a fair chance to establish themselves. Opko, you are toying with people’s livelihood. These ex-employees have families to support and they took the job in good faith. You failed them. I hope you get yours too so you’ll know how it feels.

    You forgot Melissa B (Brooklyn) on a pip and just 2 weeks in she gets an email, your terminated. She never received a phone call from either her manager or HR that she was terminated. Learned her fate via email. So unprofessional.
