Expansion

When will the big expansion take place? How many reps will be hired?

 

What is the base? I am a hard core pharma rep with good experience, what is the salary for experienced? How long is the training? is 2 weeks or do you extend out uselessly for no other reason than to waste the time of the new hires? Are there stupid tests?

This is the second time I have asked you people, so let me know as I am in the process with another company also.
Also, how long does your little company take to hire people?? is it 2 interviews like most people or do you drag it out like big pharma style??

 

Do the buyers / hospitals care about this product vs the others?

 

Yes it's moving - easy as can be and we will have to expand because of the sales that will be coming in esp in my territory...
