    The Quest Diagnostics management team has implemented a new system of random unscheduled video chat calls for the purpose of spot reporting for all representatives at the start, finish and throughout the workday. Sleeping in, knocking off early and being anything less than impeccably dressed at any point from 8am/6pm, will not be tolerated.
