I understand what is about to happen between GSK and Pfizer merging their consumer divisions. If I were to interview for this position, how might this affect me within the next 2 years? Also, can someone give me a rundown of Consumer's comp plan (specifics not needed...just ballpark) and general job satisfaction / challenges / etc? Note: I know most all on here are disgruntled employees. It is what it is. But could someone please try to be helpful and offer serious replies only? Please... of course I know every single company out there has its pitfalls, but taking that out of the equation, do you think I could get some good feedback?
