At what point does HR say enough. It costs money to fire and hire plus sales lost by the constant disruptions. Not to mention what’s to stop a couple of those affected taking legal action.
She has a band of spineless DSM’s that are too afraid to point out the obvious as she destroys anyone that disagrees with her or she perceives is thinking independently. They should call themselves the butt kissers. It’s no wonder morale is so bad. Someone above her must have noticed she’s all spin and no talent.
