If you downloaded air watch to your personal devices, the company is able to view your online activity. You gave them permission to do so. Having said that. They did not disclose that they would have access to your cookies, your history, and your personal data.

The only WARN act AZ will ever send out is a warning that we are on track to produce 45B by 2023 and stop discussing layoffs, cause it will never happen.

Not sure what rock you be living under. The 2023 target has been reduced to $35 Billion. Stop blowing Frenchmen and pay attention.

Hey idiot, sorry but you are wrong, I talked to Pascal personally and we are on track still to do 45! So there, now shut the fuck up!

The shareholders and the board could do something about the CEO.
Would they? No, they've never really stood up to him, even though they have the means to.

Look if the someone in the company decides to get rid of you they will find multiple reasons to justify your termination. And if they can't find a vague rule or policy violation they will create one and make you an offer to leave by mutual consent getting you to sign a non disclosure agreement in order to receive your pay off. But make no mistake, HR will not be your friend in this process and by all means record everything .

Pe no one is in process of getting the axe, but Don't ever accept the first offer. Ask for like 52 weeks pay, or better yet, you keep mouth shut, let your attorney negotiate before you sign any agreements!
Might just work, but then it might not.

Fool. Unless you file a lawsuit AZ attorneys and HR will never meet with your attorney. Never.

This is true. You may hire an attorney for advice but AZ will never allow them to sit with you in a meeting.
They will fire you first and then if you want to sue them in court, well good luck with that. 3 years later your attorney takes most of your settlement provided you win and you will be unemployable the rest of your life. No company will touch you with that showing up in a background check.

Don't fight them and don't talk to anyone from human resources. Negotiate for a mutual separation before you go down the road of trying to prove you are innocent. You are already in a hole so stop digging and make a deal or AZ will destroy you. There will be no empathy or justice.

I'm thinking that individual was simply saying if you get a call to meet with managers, HR/whomever unexpectedly, and the ole gut tells you somethings up, you show up with your attorney. Simply to negotiate more than 2 weeks per year severance. Its gonna take a while to find another job!!!

i called attorney and was told he wants $300 an hour and I have zero chance of negotiating.

Lord I can't believe how stupid some of our people are. Once and for all and listen carefully; if you show up to a meeting with your manager and h.r. with an attorney they will not meet with you. They won't even make eye contact with your attorney. Your manager will come to the lobby to greet you and make sure you do not have anyone else with you, then you will be escorted to the meeting room where H.R. and possibly another manager will either be in the room or on a conference call. You will be terminated immediately if you refuse to meet with them without your attorney in the room. Those are the cold hard facts.

Good advice, I'd always thought as general rule you'd need representation. And a good lawyer could get you more severance. Guess I was mistaken.

Agree, anyone who brings legal representation is a damn fool.
