    Hey Mary and Ted! How do you feel about missing the month by a mile? Almost $300K right? And we're going to go public with a bunch of morons in charge of forecasting? Great day and month but when your sales leaders have no idea what's coming in, good or bad, we ain't going public! Tom's a complete no mind with no clue. Nobody even knows what Joe does or if hes even alive. Our RSM's are out there jerking each other off about one good day that was completely a surprise. We're fucked if you ask me! Can't wait to see this fire drill in March! Oh, and because I know TP can't figure this out, the MA, SE and MW have zero chance at March.

    We didn't miss by $300K but we did miss. OP is right on target tho about TP not having a clue what's coming in and what's not. Even the RSM are forecasting twice a month and still have no idea what's coming in or not. SAM's have even less idea. How does a RSM submit a forecast a few day before the end of the month of about 100% and then finish at almost 120%? RSM ability to forecast, 0. RSM desire to brown nose with extra sand bagged sales, 0. Amount of bitching and screaming when region misses March sales by a mile............priceless.
