What can you tell me about working at Penn Vet? I was approached for a position and not sure I want to venture to Penn Vet. It seems as though the pay is low. Penn Vet is a great company! Family owned and rewards it's employees. If you negotiate well and do well you should make around $100K-$120K total comp. You do get a car allowance and expense account. We are making big strides and are growing market share in all markets we compete in. Good Luck!
That's a joke. No one here has ever made 100K. Stay away, go with a bigger company that has a broader product line.
