Fertility and Growth

Can anyone shed some light on the Fertility and Growth division? Is this a division to be in, attainable quotas, stability, etc? Also, I would appreciate info on what to expect in regards to base pay and total compensation, thoughts on the company, etc. Thanks in advance...

 

you do not want to work at this company....in any capacity.

and no, fertility and growth are far inferior to neuro.

if you take a job with fertility it'll kinda be like shooting yourself in the ass....twice.

 

Not true! Goals are pretty tough but can be attained. No different than any of the other divisions. Good company and ABD's in this division are decent.

Salary is competitive!

Fertility and growth areas are just wearing off.
Neurology and oncology are respectively the biggest economically rewarding hit of the present and the huge, most probably failure-driven, bet for the future.

 

What's the future here? SAMs? KAMs? Field Marketing reps? haven't we tried all this before? We keep losing great people. There is no future here. Get out before no one will want you.

 

The problem is Chris B. He should have been out the door when he was in Neuro. Since Brian Miller has left the titanic is sinking.

Keep away from this division. The Area Business Managers are OK. I heard the female ABD is lazy and horrible to work for.

Glad I am gone and the remainder of the SAM's will leave too.

 

What SAMS will leave? Not the RH ones, they have no where to go.

 

does anyone care about Fertility OR Growth anymore? Did I really hear they moved KA into marketing?? Biggest joke ever.

 

Has anyone found out their new territory, or TA? They said headcount neutral, but it doesn't sound like it.

 

Has Saizen grown any of the last few years? Is this division as dead end as other GH companies?

 

News flash...no field based marketing people by summer's end; end of Q3 at the latest. already being talked about; compliance hates it; Darmstadt hates it even more;

I was fortunate enough to get out of this micromanaged directionless hell hole. The combination of Merck KGA culture, CB (an incompetent sales director that doesn't even understand the products he is responsible for) and his napoleon complex ABD make for a giant sucking noise. You will be instructed to create business plans for business plans instead of selling. Take the job if you need one but look elsewhere if you can. Horrible place with great people being led by shameless whores. No products in pipeline, failure after failure, and horrendous life cycle product management. Best of luck to the hardworking good folks still there.

RN is great. unfortunately he has to deal with the same crappy leadership as everyone else in this company.

 

Does he still work for PK? dont know how anyone survives under pk. he drives everyone out of the company

 

Are these two different divisions? Or do the KAMs sell both products? Thanks for the info.
