Filing for CroFab reimbursement for Medicare patient

We recently treated a Medicare in-patient for CroFab. Does anyone know if we just bill the snakebite DRG code (917) or if we can also bill a separate J-code for the drug? I'm assuming the DRG code alone (3 night stay) doesn't cover the cost of the drug?
