why are these losers still here? Sales are up due to a back order. Now, you lose millions as they come back. It’s on you not us.

Baxter really could be a wonderful place to work, If the sales team wasn't micromanaged non stop. Management please stop and see you have devoted employees but your actions are going to push people away.

You've repeated this on two threads. Can you help me understand how you're being micromanaged and by whom? I'm asking because my RM doesn't do that at all. He knows our business and let's us handle our jobs. It's a pretty stress-free situation for us.

Surprised that Willy is still here.... interesting that Baxter would hire a white nationalist to lead the helm of a "diverse" company's division.

Wil, you're the dumbest shit at Baxter. And yes, you are a loser. If the hood fits Hoosier boy, then wear it proud.

Zimmer was so ready to get rid of douchebag Wil, interesting how Baxter gave this loser a home... seems to fit right in with the rest in low achieving management!

Guess the b/o honeymoon is officially over. We have lost or been notified that we will be losing multiple accounts (see Kaiser as a start) in recent weeks. It takes some kind of special organization to lose accounts while the competition had no product.

My god, the gift horse this division has been needing for 5-6 years, and we couldn’t do a thing with it.

Celstat is coming, I swear. You will be fine. Remain calm, all is well.

A whole lotta of nothing!!!! When she said we need to get younger, maybe she should take her own advice

It’s the oldest sales force in Med device. Anyone could be quoted saying Baxter needs to get younger.
