First major round of Iroko cuts

Looks like a bunch of Iroko employees got laid off this afternoon. If reps don't realize they're all next, get a reality check. Stay until you get your bonus check and then bounce.

Iroko RBM and HO only were notified today. InVentiv Reps on 9-16.

Most of the reps know this will be a sizeable layoff... optimism at this point has faded.

This is what I heard. The current number of reps - 125 reps = The number of reps that will be fired.

There are two things that you can BELIEVE. (1) LV doesn't care about us or our families. He just fired his relative from the company. Why would he care about us? (2) Next week there is a sales mangers meeting in very expensive Monterey, CA. CES planned this meeting knowing that she will be firing a lot of reps. She doesn't care about us either. She just cares about herself. If our bosses don't care about us why should we care about Iroko? We can't BELIEVE anything they tell us.

 

Why CES plan a meeting in Monterey, CA of all places?

 

Why would she spend that kind of money on a meeting in Monterey after firing so many reps? Nobody can be that insensitive? I thought the company is losing money? I thought that is why so many people are getting fired.
