What is this idiot going to do to us when we don't make the number? He has no accountability so the specialist will be to blame. We are screwed!! This idiot thinks he has the plan in place (whatever that is) and if we do not deliver it is going to get uglier than it has already been. Need to look.

 

Uglier than it has been, that's hard but should be a reminder that we need to get out. We could all be fired even if we make the number, which won't happen.

Give someone a little bit of authority and he abuses it and inturn destroys what was one of the best work enviroments I had ever experienced. Soon all will be gone and word will be out on what an idiot this guy was and is. (already is actually)

 

You can blame Ron all you want but ever since Pete left every move has been orchestrated by this idiot. The firings, re-org's, comp plan, hires, etc...He has also managed to completely de-motivate our MSL team. POISON!!!!

This is truly a classic example of a guy who caught the attention of 1 superior and unjustly got promoted to a position he clearly is not competent enough to be in.

Heard PF has been strutting around home office like a rooster because he thinks things and specialists are calming down. Guess he forgot that he has demanded the same or better sales results with less territory and for 1/4 of the bonus dollars earned in years past. Those Q1 numbers are the real evidence of what a great strategic leader we have in PF.

I was going to interview last year but pulled myself out since I already had a job I dislike. It sounds like performance has been bad and comp was slashed. Happy to be where I am at.
