    Noel is totally unfit to serve as a manager. If sales leadership wants a fully functioning sales team that delivers on results, then they need to remove her from her position and put a competent manager into that district who not only knows how to lead but also knows how to gain the trust, respect and buy-in of the FL sales team. If not, then effective good working sales people in that district will leave and that district will continue to under-perform and drag the company's sales down.

    Here we effing go again! Clearly you are not in that district or you’d spell the name correctly. No one in the district/region/company agrees with you (and YES, we know exactly who your bitter ass is). Typical bully trying to bring others down in an attempt to feel better about yourself. Every team member in the district and the SE Region is minding their own Territory business and you continuously come along at any sign of success (which the team is having a lot of.) Grow the F&CK up!

    Noelle thx so much for that strategic insert on today’s call on how to move the business. It’s wonderful to see that the FL reps are cross referencing their ins wins and revisiting. It’s selling 101 but at Aerie we highlight that kind of out of the box thinking. These DM’s recently brought on are useless now we get to do an IDP with them to tell them what we are looking to do so they can develop us. 1st please develop them cause there are a handful that are clueless

To constantly go on an an anonymous site and spew hate shows what kind of individual you are. Does it make you feel better to talk behind people’s back?

    If you don’t like the people in this company LEAVE. It’s that simple. If you feel like it’s unfair then go work for another company.

    Thank you for the great post! There is one troll that constantly writes negative and misogynist posts on our site. My manager indicated that Aerie Security is going to find out the individual and if an Aerie employee, fire them on the spot.

  12. When Heather & Maria started crying up there on the stage during the AEM in FL when it was announced that Gary was parting ways with Aerie, I thought I was watching a soap opera. Who does that? Was not normal or appropriate. Not in a business situation. Was like a bizarre eulogy.
