Good point. Flemming had his chance and has clearly failed miserably. Another mediocre, no talent white male joins the clueless old boys’ club.
With Christian, we have another ass clown in the circus. Total misfit CHRO!

This company has a bad habit of appointing individuals to leadership roles that know nothing about leadership or the business they are supposed to be leading. Flemming, Thomas, GBU Heads and now Christian are perfect examples of total ineptitude . They hide from reality (covid???) and focus on non-essential (was a reorg & expensive regional structure really necessary now???). No wonder we're a 3rd league contender.

Noticed how Flemming has removed A players from his Town Hall slides? Christian is another C player:eek:

$250 million sales gap, 30% profit gap and Flemming builds an expensive structure which will never deliver anything sustainable!!!

Here is the plan of Flemming:
He will get GSK’s derma products later this year to close the sales gap of +250 million 2021.
He already initiated lay-offs, our functional heads started planing it. 20% of HC cut will be during next 7 months. He wants to start 2021 with very low base...
    Good luck everybody !

Look for entire functions to be cut. Largest areas to take hits : Finance, GBU, Legal, HR, R&D, IT....

How big is the “silent layoff”?
How many have already been “managed out”?

Friendly advice, when your CEO calls in McKinsey, it's a very bad sign. Start looking for another job TODAY.

It’s a shame what this company has become. It was once a great company to work for. Sure wish Stuart was our leader again!!

Curley is a complete joke and everyone knows it. He is trolling the site as the above stated and has no business in his role. It’s so funny that this guy an egotistical nobody is folding like a cheap suit.

Worked for a company that went through the McKinsey BS also. Great consultants, set us back years. LOL. What a scam.
