    Let’s review the facts. The company is financially struggling. Fact. The company has made difficult decisions that impacted their own business and people’s lives. Fact. Those are facts. Now. Let’s talk about inference.
    The inference is your opinion behind why those facts happened. Some of you think the company is greedy. Some of you think they doesn’t care about their employees. Some of you think upper management is culpable for this mess. Maybe you are right. Maybe you are wrong. But keep this mind. Your opinion is not a fact. It is your opinion. And you are entitled to it because we live in a wonderful, free speech country. However, if you have this much of an issue with the company then why don’t you just leave? Stop bringing your negative energy into cafe Pharma. Stop bringing your negative attitude into work. Most of us understand the facts and know the company is doing what it can to survive and keep jobs for their employees. So please just leave so the rest of us and stay positive and try to get this company back to a good place. Unfortunately, I think I know why you are still hanging around Mission. You either love being miserable and dragging people into your unhappiness. Or you are hanging around because you are a bad worker/bad person and no other company wants you. They see you for who you are. A negative freaking person. Steve, Stuart, Kim, Natalie and others are all smart people. They do their best with the resources they have available. They are good people and are trying to right the ship that was taken off course by the actions of assholes who are no longer here. So...
    Let me close by saying one last time. Freaking leave the company if you are not happy. Stop being negative

    Well we know who didn’t write the last message, a Rep or a DM! Probably the same person/s who has consistently told all the managers to tell the reps, if “they don’t It, leave”! That’s not what or how you run a Sales organization! Especially when we are measured based off sales! If they cared about the growth of this company you would employ people who don’t work and then expect measure someone’s else’s work ethic. (Family) . You wouldn’t talk behind your friends, reps backs! You keep saying if someone doesn’t like it, leave! They are leaving! You have 2-3 people who leave weekly! People who have devoted their life and have been Loyal to this company! If they want change they need to change the people who are running the ship especially......

    I think the comment above was not a negative rebuttal, it very spot on! Leadership sucks Balls here! They literally are against the sales force and are in it for themselves. I don’t think it’s the family, it’s who they have running it. They don’t know what’s going on in the field and they haven’t given the managers the resources to be successful. You have some managers with 3 Reps. Every manager who cared, is gone. LP- Gone, Lp- Gone, DR- gone, JS- Gone, GC- gone, DH- Gone, MR- Gone, CC- Gone he was a trainer, . Directors all gone. This is just in the last year. CARS - Gone! National sales Meeting- been gone! 401K really was never here, but GONE!!!! Growth opportunities- Gone!
