Who's the idiot that responded with "What fraud?" You've had your head up your a-- for how long now? This company was caught doing fraud, now tries to blame it all on the past head when there were many others involved for the entire hidden pharmacy deal to work. Scumbags still in management here! They need to get rid of them!

People with no information remain convinced that they're right... No point in arguing with idiots.

Blame the auditors who changed their mind.... PWC is to blame for most of Valeant's problems. It wasn't fraud, it was following the auditors advice, and then the auditors changing their mind.

Slap on the wrist offense. They will settle for $100, take more CPE's on revenue recognition, and call it a day. pwc should be called to the table, they audited the books and signed off on the financials. Nothing will come of it. All offenders are long gone. Just another frivolous lawsuit, nothing more.

Only a total scumbag would use the "frivolous lawsuit" diversion tactic. Nothing frivolous about Valeant behaving reprehensibly. They need to be run out of business and losers like you need to be on the unemployment line.

If all these frivolous lawsuits were won, then all companies would be out of business. Every company has been accused and sued, usually settled for pocket change, then people move on. There is hardly any evidence of fraud like that of Enron or Madoff. Carro was an average Accountant who didn't know better, oversaw by Schiller who didn't know anything, oversaw by Pearson who didn't care, approved by pwc who is not that good at what they do. Only pwc is still there, but they should be dumped.

I'll stick around as long as I'm still getting paid. You're bitter cause you lost your shirt investing and for not doing your due diligent, since you're greedy and lazy. You probably bought at 268, so that makes you the sucker.

Get over yourself, this company isn't going anywhere.

You can claim that all you want, but seriously, you don't have anything on us. All you're doing is ranting and raving for no reason, just like a lunatic.

Lunatic? Homo, you spewed a manifesto and are as delusional as ted Kosinski. Your pathetic comeback is always there's no evidence in spite of fines already levied. Go back to watching judge Judy, you queer.

You rant like a nut and then claim no evidence. They've already begun fines and investigations take time. Go back to worshipping your Lena Dunham poster you weirdo. MAGA! Fire all management! MAGA!

Fines, just a couple of grands, if any at all. Investigations leading nowhere. No intent, just ignorance. Only lunatics read too deeply into this nonsense, then rant about it to strangers. Get a life, loser.

The lawsuits are mounting up, and the lawyers are all lined up to collect their fat fees and their 33% shares. Defense fees have mounted up significantly already, so Valeant should have used the proceeds from the sales of assets to pay the lawyers. With J&J's recent lost, Valeant will need to make vast punitive payments on related matters, as well. It's irresponsible for management to not accrue for the possibility of losses stemming from these lawsuits. While it may not be great optics, since people may think that the accrual is an admission of guilt, it's not conservative from an Accounting perspective. Haven't Valeant cooked the books in the past already, and didn't Valeant claimed that transparency is the new rule of the day? Do the right thing.
