NNI has strictly turned into a shit show
What used to be great is now average at best.
    Send a survey
Oh we can’t do that because it is the truth
NNI was great, now we suck, the leaders suck
Have ruined oral sema for sure with this ridiculous hard to follow coupon
Oh and laid off during Ozempic launch prior to Tresiba launch and now this

The later they postpone it, they know employees will use up there vacation days so they wont have to pay out as much to those who are let go. They were already taking a stab at our days during covid urging us to use our vacation and at the same time be virtually engaged with sema connect, zoom meetings etc...

The last official work day is 12/31 for displaced employees. There will be no vacation to payout. That would be the case if the last date of employment didn’t line up with the last day of the year.

No, not how that works. If on 12/31 you have ten unused vacations day and you are terminated you get paid for ten.

If the termination date was 1/1/2021 and you had ten unused 2020 vacation days then no, use it or lose would come into play. Even if you manager, knowing you were out the door, foolishly agreed to allow you to carry over five they could chose not to pay those out.
