    You know these regional managers and ACLs are making $40,000 to $50,000 each POA on our GLP sales / Blockbuster and end the year sticking it to the Field.

    noticed the 'uncontrollable' verbiage as well. I agree, just do away these things and create more spiffs/contests on top of a solid ic plan to boost IC and motivation for reps.

    They get paid on IC as well, dummy. 100% to goal for an RBD is $75k in bonus.
