Is losing 25% of your companies value today good or bad? MDG is SOL.

Everyone pack up your stuff and clean up your resume, it’s a race to zero as it relates to company value and cash on hand. Oh I forgot there is no cash, borrowing money to pay bills is bad.

    New management team MIA
    Medicalalgorithmics DOA
    Medi-lynx SOL

New group here 12 months and it may take only another 6 months to completely destroy us all.

Such a disaster. Marek picked the wrong partners. This is what happens when you take the best cardiac monitoring technology available and hand it over to a a couple of cowboys.

Agreed company in my opinion is already functionally insolvent on both sides of the Atlantic. What’s next.. fire sale, chain the doors, who knows. No investors as everyone with any business sense knows this is a lost cause, very dysfunctional.

Just look at the numbers on the link above, the trend for 2019 is all but straight down. Profit margin down 95% year over year for Q3, operating income down 162% year over year for Q3 from 3.5 million to -2.2 million, Yes you can have negatives on your balance sheet and it’s really really bad.

This is all in Polish currency, it takes 4 Polish dollars to make one US dollar. EPS for Q3 2019 is 2 cents in polish currency. So everyone rest assured that things are on the right track there is no concern and no reason for alarm.

You get to this point by losing half of your business in 12 months and under cutting your profitability in the remaining studies, also you can’t be a publicly traded company in Europe and have all of your revenue come from the US alone, it’s not sustainable.

But don’t stop believing though, the plane has crashed and has sunk under the waterline, but all is well just disregard the fish in the window. The balance sheet is great..... most of the important categories have fallen well into the negative, those that haven’t gone negative are at virtually zero........

    Numbers don’t lie people do.

It’s been posted that they are going to issue more shares in 2020 to raise capital, the stock has lost over 90% of its value in 3 years. It is now down 50% from its 52-week high. Not quite sure this is the best way to raise capital considering, but if no one will lend you any more money or invest in your company this may be the only way to keep the doors open for now.

Lost over 6% of your value today, better vote on that stock soon, going to have trouble making it to the new year at this rate.

Diluting current share holders is not going to attract new ones. Huge mistake.

Company has lost 12% of its value since Monday, 29% of its value since the previous Monday and about 50% of its value in the last 100 days. The shareholders are selling off their equity in the company with dignity and respect, The same way that the US customers are moving to other vendors with dignity and respect. The fire is burning out of control and beginning to touch everything, feel free to stay in the building, never mind the smoke or the flames. Better hurry and issue that stock while it still has any value.

Somebody needs to share this information in Mass with our sales force so they can be proactively seeking out Medi Lynx accounts. Why is this only being talked about on this secret site?

    No that’s dung and brownsheets.

    Today down 9%
    Since this Monday down 20%
    Monday last week down 35%
March 2017 to now down 95%

That’s a rate of a loss of about 3% a month and now your down 35% in less than ten days, oops. That is really a lot of dung in your brown sheets. Specificity- the quality or state of being specific.

No need for alarm the crack IT dept will lead the way with all their financial experience of running and operating a business. Their experience in California with IT/billing will help them a lot as they seek a path forward. That’s the great thing about IT, you can do the work in one place and bill it out of another.
