You are going to lose at least half of your respiratory institutional folks before year-end if you don’t get your heads out of your asses. The micro-managing, ineffective leadership and complete lack of understanding of the business has the entire sales force fed up. New hires want out already, your tenured and successful people aren’t going to put up with this much longer. You need to start listening to your reps and managers, it’s abundantly clear the people making decisions for this division are not qualified to do so. Congratulations, you’ve taken the most successful division at Sunovion and turned them all into disgruntled employees who want out. Should be a super fun time in Vegas...
This is a great post, but not 100% sure I agree with the most susccessful division part. All the rest is true. New hires are wondering why they came to this hell hole with this outdated leadership.
