Until the formularies realizes that its a cosmetic fix and has to be used every 4 hours. Then they won't cover it. It only takes the redness away, it doesn't do anything for inflammation. You'll have a nice pop and then a big THUD when it fails to live up to the profit hype!!!

Still a great company going thru a rough patch right now. However,
we need LEADERSHIP! Not something we see yet, the same crazy promises
    are tough to sell anymore!

Still a great company - not so sure. We are running out of products and they cannot make the money we need to based on the cost of managed care and co pay cards. We need products and with the exception of a new Rosacea drug nothing is on the horizon Metro Going and Clobex soon to be gone. There is no way they can support the amount of people in the home office or in the field when there are no products and nothing to buy out there. We really are a branded generic company and nothing in the bag that really stands out versus generics and whats left of the crap Valient sells. I am running into triple step edits whatever the hell that is. Basically coverage is getting more and more spotty.

We need some biologics and I am not seeing it here. Drop off samples get signature after 8 am and around 4 and keep your eyes open for other opportunities - and put up with your DM a day and half a month. Hang in there - there is not much else to do in the short term.

At last the cycle is complete. The most incompetent and arrogant president to ever step through the doors of Galderma is on his way out.

Even though, he claims that he's leaving to look for other opportunities, it's quite clear the it's the end of the rope for this pathetic dictator, who is blinded by his French arrogance and no sense of reality on how we do business here in the US. He took a beautiful company at the top and turned it into the revolving door that it has turned to with no new drugs or hope; only leading with evil fear tactics.

He claims that he wants to stay in the US for his wife and that's why he's not taking many opportunities offered to him in Europe. Why does he just not admit that he was way over his head and he has absolutely no clue about American business culture, to say the least. Also, cutting costs and people's jobs may make your financial books look nice, but it's not going to grow your company.

Don't let the door hit you on your way out idiot and while you're at it, just leave the country (may have to anyway with no work visa) unless some other blind US company actually hires you. You should hear how many Derm are so happy to hear about your departure and are coming out with their true impressions. It only came 3 years too late. We hope that the next leader can salvage the disaster you are leaving behind.

Good luck to whom ever may have to deal with you in the future, but we hope the experience at least humbles you to an actual human being.

    Bye bye

PS don't forget to take your pathetic and spineless "yes men" with you. You're going to need them where you're going.

We have our secret weapon Brian J. the master of Digital. Now that FF is gone he doesn't have to dress so French anymore and can start rebuilding Galderma.

    Let's here it for Mr . Johnson ! ! ! !

Talk to his Admin assistant..if it wasn't for her he couldn't do a power point presentation, figure out how to input on Excel, or figure out Skype.

She does everything digitally for him except dial his phone calls.

I called her. She said he's just so busy running the company and that is why she does everything. She said she even has to do his tie knot.
She said please be supportive of Brian, if it wasn't for him we would not have powerpoints.

She said he loved the Cuisinart WOK !

Galderma used to be a good company. For the field people please contact former Galderma people that received the same treatment in the previous two years. Also, don't believe the BS spin from the leadership or HR some of these guys got the same unfair treatment many of you received this week. The good news they are all at companies that are growing and expanding and if they do not have a immediate position open they may know someone who does. If you talk to some of the former employees in the home office many of them saw this coming for years. However, Albert had vision but he over built the internal infrastructure in Marketing, Finance and support and then put the company in a position that it had to keep making good acquisitions or it would be sold off or die. HA, stupidly replaces Albert with an incompetent French guy that was too busy getting his picture in the paper and playing the role as opposed to understanding what needed to be done. Then he gets with a creepy HR person and she plays him like a puppet to place people she wanted in roles along with a willing and incompetent Head of marketing that spent money on programs and head count like we were a 3 billion dollar company on basically branded generics. Question - I don't recall KG, BJ or FF laying out any real growth plans or vision during last years or earlier this years feel good quarterly updates. Just remember for the remaining groups inside and outside of the home office and the field reps there will be probably another round when the business unit dream does not pay off either I would guess around trend 2. Then the fun will really begin for the remaining employees. This week was simply a start the business unit concept does not change the fact we have branded generic that MCO companies only want to pay for generics. No pipeline and still too many field and home office employees. Now with the shrinking US sales and profits no funding for and R & D. This will impact the company world wide.

The cycle is almost complete. The ship is taking on massive water. As horrible as these recent events have been, I think the worst is still to come, early next year. For those, who are still around, congratulations for surviving to still have a job over the holidays, but the hind side is that you will be working at a company with no direction in 2014 and many more cuts on the way. Keep that in mind, when you are doing your Christmas shopping this year.

Most likely, the company will be reduced to the bone, to make it appealing for the next owners. What happened last week was the first phase.

Don't say no one warned you.
